Go to a property, tap on a tenant, and use the Rent section to log payments. You can mark rent as paid, partial, or late. LandlordHub will automatically calculate what's owed based on the rent amount and due date you've set.
Yes. Enable rent reminders in the tenant settings and LandlordHub will send an automatic reminder a few days before rent is due. Tenants receive an email or push notification depending on how they're set up.
Tenants can submit maintenance requests through their portal link. You'll receive a notification and can track the request, add notes, attach photos, mark it in progress, and close it when resolved. All history is saved per property.
Yes. You can create maintenance items yourself from the property screen — useful for scheduling preventive maintenance or tracking repairs you discover on your own.
Open a tenant's profile and tap the Message button. Messages are sent via email and logged in your conversation history. You can also message all tenants in a property at once for building-wide announcements.
Go to a tenant's profile, tap Documents, and upload a PDF of the lease. LandlordHub stores the document securely and associates it with that tenant. You can also upload move-in inspection reports, receipts, and any other relevant files.
Go to a property and tap Expenses. Add each expense with a date, category (repairs, insurance, utilities, etc.), amount, and optional receipt photo. At tax time, you can export a summary of all expenses by property.
Yes. Go to Settings → Export to download your expense and income data as a CSV. This makes tax prep much easier — hand it directly to your accountant.
Cancel from Settings → Billing in the app. You keep access through the end of your current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds, but you'll never be charged after you cancel.
Email support@landlordhub.lol with your account email and request deletion. We'll remove all your data within 30 days. Please cancel your subscription separately in Settings first.
