1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using LandlordHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use LandlordHub for personal, non-commercial property management purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code
• Sell, transfer, or sublicense the app
• Use the app for unlawful purposes or to harass others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape data without permission

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Complying with fair housing laws and local landlord regulations
• Obtaining proper consent before storing tenant information
• Accurate and truthful information in your account
• Backing up important documents outside of LandlordHub

4. Intellectual Property

LandlordHub, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by LandlordHub, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store
• Pro Monthly: $12/month, auto-renews monthly
• Pro Yearly: $99/year, auto-renews annually
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are handled according to App Store policies

5a. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@landlordhub.lol. Upon request, we will delete your account and personal data within 30 days. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions—please cancel your subscription in your device's Settings before requesting account deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANDLORDHUB IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Lost rent or tenant disputes
• Missed notifications or service interruptions
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Errors or inaccuracies in the application

7. Disclaimer

LandlordHub is not a substitute for professional legal or accounting advice. Consult appropriate professionals regarding lease agreements, fair housing compliance, and tax obligations.

7a. Lease Generator Disclaimer

The Lease Generator provides state-specific templates designed to comply with standard landlord-tenant laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring any lease complies with your jurisdiction's laws and your specific circumstances. We strongly recommend having a licensed real estate attorney review any generated lease before execution. LandlordHub makes no warranties about legal validity or completeness. Changes in law, local ordinances, or court decisions may affect validity. Use at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Unlawful conduct
• Harassment of other users or support staff
• Non-payment of subscription fees

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of LandlordHub constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
