By creating an account or using LandlordHub ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and LandlordHub. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

LandlordHub provides property management software for independent landlords, including rent tracking, maintenance management, tenant messaging, document storage, expense tracking, and move-in/out inspections. The Service is available via mobile application and web browser at landlordhub.lol.

You retain all rights to property data, tenant information, documents, and records you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant LandlordHub a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

LandlordHub, including all software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by LandlordHub and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@landlordhub.lol. Upon request, we will delete your account and personal data within 30 days. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or data — request deletion separately if desired.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LANDLORDHUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LandlordHub is a tool to help you manage your properties. We are not responsible for legal compliance with landlord-tenant laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your property management activities comply with all applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANDLORDHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold LandlordHub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your property management activities.
